Silence: Son Of Sin

In 2001, Silence were approached by Vanessa Jopp, a young, aspiring German director. She decided to use an excerpt from Son Of Sin, Silence's first single from their second album, to underline a sequence in her new film. Engel + Joe, a post-modern love story, became a box-office success in Germany and was followed by an equally successful soundtrack, featuring renowned names such as Placebo, The Hives, Donots and Wake.
