In the beginning of 2007, Silence wrote six miniatures for I Am My Own Wife
(Porocena s seboj), a one-man play directed and performed by Primoz Ekart.
The play, written by Doug Wright, examines the life of German individual
Charlotte von Mahlsdorf, born Lothar Berfelde, who killed his
father when he was a young boy and survived the Nazi and Communist regimes
in East Berlin as a transvestite.
Listen to: Charlotte's Theme
All six tracks were based on the lead motif of Joseph Ivanovichi's
Donauwellen. The tracks were recorded and produced in Silence's
private production facility, the Daily Girl studio.
